SWEP BPHEs feature groundbreaking technologies that have enabled us to design a wide range of heat exchangers optimized for specific duties, including surfaces that are safe for even the most sensitive applications, such as food and pharmaceutical. SWEP technologies also help prevent leakage, corrosion, scaling, and fouling. They offer significantly higher thermal efficiency than comparable shell-and-tube models, with a much smaller footprint.
SWEP BPHEs are available as either copper-brazed or 100% stainless steel single- and multi-pass units. Plate packages can be customized to supply the specific thermal characteristics required by your application, ensuring maximum heat transfer and minimal pressure drop. They provide efficient, stable, and reliable performance in robust and easily handled units.
